Sandra Kaye (Teed) Pavlica

Sandra Kaye (Teed) Pavlica, age 59, of St. Louis, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on May 4, 2019, at Mid Michigan Regional Medical Center Gratiot in Alma.

Sandra was born in Alma on March 16, 1960, the daughter of Richard and Anne (Whitaker) Teed.  A proud moment for her was receiving her GED in the 90’s, owning her own daycare, and cleaning businesses.  Sandra loved her grandbabies very much.  She was very proud of them.  A favorite memory for them is baking cookies with her.  She enjoyed socializing with friends and singing karaoke.

Left to honor Sandy are her three daughters, Elizabeth (Ramiro) Macias, Sarah (Joshua) Mikulka, and Christina (CJ) Beard; her grandbabies, Guillermo, Adrian, Zachery, Conor, RJ, Owen, Natalia, Shayla, and Dean; her ex-husband and life long friend, Dennis Pavlica; two sisters, Debra (Don) Cole and Barbara (Craig) Lee; her brother, Doug (Stephanie) Teed; and 8 nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her father and mother; her brothers, Rick Teed and Todd Teed; and her sister, Mary Cortez.

Funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday, May 10, at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Ithaca.  Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, May 9, at the Barden Funeral Home in Ithaca, with a Rosary at 7 p.m.  Memorial contributions may be made to the family through the funeral home.

Condolences may be left for the family online at www.bardenfuneralhome.com.
