his kind, open hearted nature and great sense of humor to always be uplifting. My prayers are with you and family.
Our whole family is so very sorry to learn of Kurt's passing. You both have been such a blessing to us: welcoming my dad & I into your home as he took us pheasant hunting, to welcoming our youngest son & I into your home to take us deer hunting. He has been a dear friend to me since I was a high school kid, and then he married you and you both became wonderful friends to my growing family. Our son Ben put it best: Kurt was one of the last great connections he had with my dad, grandpa Dale. As you know, Kurt's connection with my dad is what brought he & I together. Kurt was actually dad's supervisor, but he never thought that way; I respected him so much for telling me that. I say all this to let you know how much we appreciate you and Kurt coming to our kids' graduation parties and always staying in touch and checking in. We are so very sorry to learn of his passing and hope you know that we are here to support you whenever needed. You guys have been great friends to the Strong family for a couple of generations, and you will continue to be. May God wrap His peace around you and the entire Jones family.
